If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put foundations under them. ~Henry David Thoreau

Could use some advice here...
As some of you may already know, Matt and I are expecting our first child in July. Yep, I'm preggers. I am currently in my fifteenth week (fourth month) of pregnancy and now that I'm feeling better I have a small request.
My appetite has increased (exponentially) and I really would like to focus on eating foods that are healthy for both myself and our little tiny baby. Now, I must admit I find myself being the pickiest eater these days... and I'm driving Matt nuts! Nearly every meal we have together he asks, "What sounds good?" Poor guy... it's an endless battle for us to think of yummy, nutritious foods. I need your help! Matt needs your help! Do you have any suggestions for snacks or meals that are rich in nutrients, but low in fat?
Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Much love to you all, and I'll try to keep the updates coming!

Friendly Weekend
Matt and I had the pleasure of spending our weekend with Eugene and Becca. Eugene was in town from Guadalajara, Mexico and it has been over three years since we've been able to spend time with Eugene. In spite of our cramped apartment, the two of them were great company and made our weekend a spectacular time.
Below: Rashelle and Jacob came over Friday night to play Wii with all of us.
Below: Lindsay also came over to play Wii. Between Lindsay and Becca, we all had ourselves a couple good laughs. Becca is a pro at Duck Hunt. She shoots and doesn't take names!
Below: This is just one of the many goofy pics we captured over the course of the weekend.
Below: We all drove out to Sandy to spend our evening with Lindsay.
This weekend was a wonderful time for all of us to reconnect and create new memories. I find myself beginning to forget the small things from our time together at George Fox University, but in our conversations, inside jokes and laughter... it all came back. As a tight-knit group of friends, I am continually pleased with our ability to pick up right where we last left off. This weekend left me feeling very blessed.
