Who knew?

My cousin Kaitlyn is a published author! This was exciting news to hear. I couldn't be more proud of my family member, nor could I be more pleased that she has such great parents. Stephen & Angela are constantly encouraging their children to pursue the wiser things in life. Kait is a very mature and Godly young woman, who has an imagination that will keep her heart young. I couldn't wish for anything less in a second cousin.

"Kaitlyn Henning, 14, wrote a science- fiction story about a girl who saves the world from a deadly virus..."

'...Henning, who wrote the longest book, about 80 pages, said in between sessions, she would e-mail Olmstead about her writing, and the two would rewrite, revise and edit.
"One day I worked all day," said Henning, who along with Fricke lives in the Arden area.
"I have always wanted to be an author. I like creating stories. It is the same as reading a book, but you decide what happens," Henning said...'
