What A Letdown

Well... it's been a couple days since you've heard from me. I have not posted any thoughts, happenings, ramblings or events for a few reasons.

The first being that Julie (my lovely sister) made a comment on Facebook (yes, I'm a Facebook junkie) regarding the fact that I have nothing else to do in my life, other than post my thoughts on our blog. Nice Julie. Real nice.

Here is a pic of my butt-head sister.

 Okay, she's right. We're here in Salt Lake City and we're living in a temporary apartment until next week. I can't exactly busy myself with home making. I can't cook or bake, because our kitchen is the size of my thumb... actually it looks like an RV kitchen. I don't have any friends (yet... I'm working on that, people) and we're on a budget. To boot, I'm hanging out with a 13 month old every day (and night...in case you were concerned).

So yes, I don't have anything better to do than blog post our mundane non-exciting events here in Salt Lake City (going to the park isn't so mundane when it's the only opportunity to get out of the house for a day). Posting feels like a way to share without having to send 40 emails to 40 different people. And Facebook, I love you... but it's not exactly the most adult way of sharing our personal lives.

The second reason I haven't posted much the past few days is... wait for it... we haven't done anything fun or exciting. What. A. Letdown. Sorry folks.
