Dear Lady in the white SUV who cut me off in the crosswalk,I hesitate to question your integrity or personal ethics, but really?! At what point did you decide it was a good idea to cut across three lanes of traffic to beat the light? At what point did you think that cutting us off in the middle of the crosswalk was safe or polite? Were you raised by wolves!? For the Heavenly Father's sake, pull it together woman!

There is a crosswalk near our house where Liam and I are often cut off on our walks. People just don't pay attention.
ReplyDeleteI get the little white walking person light, start moving, and then suddenly a car is turning in front of Liam and I. They have a green light in the turn lane that isn't an arrow, and the sign next to it even says to watch for other traffic. Meaning... "You have a green light, but if there is oncoming traffic or a pedestrian in the crosswalk, you better wait!" Every time I throw my hands up in disgust at them and watch as they desperately try not to make eye contact because they know they messed (really wanted to use an expletive here) up. IDIOTS!
Doesn't it feel good to vent? :)
Seriously! Where are the cops when things like that happen? I'm glad you guys are safe!
